1. Who is responsible

2. What data we process

Visiting this website. The website is hosted by Framer. When you visit, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, date and time of access, in server logs. This is necessary to deliver and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).

Contacting us by email. If you email us, we process your email address, name and the content of your message to answer your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We delete the data once your request is handled and no legal retention duty applies.

Booking a call. The “Schedule a call” button links to our booking page at Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com processes your name, email address, chosen time and any notes you add. We use this data to hold the call with you. Please read Cal.com’s privacy policy for details. Your data may be processed outside the EU/EEA; where this happens, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

3. Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies for analytics, marketing or tracking, and we do not use tracking tools. For this reason, this website has no cookie banner.

4. Who receives your data
Only service providers that help us run the website and handle your requests: our hosting provider (Framer), our email provider and Cal.com. We do not sell your data.

5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. Please write to hello@manskora.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
